How does shipping work?

Depending on the volume of your order, your shipment will
either by our parcel service provider or the forwarding agent, on pallet
delivered.

There are no charges for your delivery within Germany.
Shipping costs.

Shipping usually takes 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday).
However, depending on the volume of orders, delivery times may be extended.

What quantities can I order here as a business customer?

You can shop here for goods valued between 200€ and 2000€.

For orders under 200€, simply visit our regular shop at

How and where can you best store Hitschies products?

It is best to store hitschies products in a cool and dry place.

After opening, packaging should be sealed as best as possible to ensure it tastes fresh for as long as possible.

Why will my customers and employees love hitschies?

We only put quality and good taste in the bag. We guarantee this based on our experience and a team that exclusively cares about quality assurance.

Can I change anything about my order after I have placed it?

Forgotten your favorite product or entered the wrong address? That's a real shame, but unfortunately for technical reasons we can no longer make any changes to your order after your order confirmation, neither to the number of products nor to your delivery address. If your package cannot be delivered, it will automatically be sent back to us.

Please also note that once you receive your order confirmation by email, your order can no longer be canceled.

I haven't received a confirmation email, what can I do?

Once we have received your order, you should have received a confirmation email from us. You haven't received an email? First, check your spam folder. If you can't find it there, you can send us an email at business@hitschler.de .

Where is my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us with a tracking link, which you can use to view the status of your order at any time.

When and how do I get the invoice?

For accounting purposes, you will receive the invoice together with the shipping confirmation.
The email contains a link to download the invoice.
The invoice is available for 365 days. After that, you must contact us.

How long are the products?
from hitschies durable?

We guarantee a remaining lifespan of our products
180 days upon delivery.

What payment methods are there?

You can pay in our online shop via Paypal, Klarna invoice or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

Can I still change data after registration?

If you subsequently want to change your billing address or your information as to whether you can accept pallets, please write an email to hitschies support at business@hitschler.de
